Our story, our mission
Our goals are simple and from the heart: to increase the employment rate for persons with Autism & Intellectual Disabilities.
Our coffee shops are positive, empowering environments that support individuals in various workforce development skills related to hospitality. These specific skills are taught through our hands on training programs and/or competitive integrated employment (CIE)*, with the hope of building job readiness, social awareness, self-esteem and so much more.
We value and respect all who walk through our doors and thank our entire community for being a part of the change. Hope is always brewing!
*Competitive integrated employment entails that individuals with disabilities receive the same level of benefits provided to other employees without disabilities in similar positions.
