ETB's mission and vision
Our MISSION at Ethan & the Bean is to empower and support neurodivergent/IDD individuals in various workforce development skills related to hospitality. These specific skills are taught through our hands on training programs and/or competitive integrated employment (CIE), with the hope of building job readiness, social awareness, self-esteem and so much more.
Our VISION is to continue to grow our mission to reduce the unemployment rate for individuals in our community and beyond.
