Bright with hint of cocoa and undertones of fruit. A traditional Costa Rican coffee with high acidity, medium body, and classic aroma. Swiss Water Process Decaf from Costa Rica retains all the nuanced flavors of it’s caffeinated counterpart, but without the caffeine. This mildly acidic coffee can be described as having velvety body, a rich and lively aroma, with notes of fruit, spice, and dark chocolate. (more about our coffee below.)
